📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Provide expert advice on maritime policies and strategies to ensure the smooth operation of ports.
  • Oversee the implementation of maritime projects and initiatives.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments of maritime operations to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, shipping companies, and other port authorities.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the continued excellence of maritime operations.
  • Represent Pelabuhan Nusantara Indonesia at national and international maritime forums and conferences.
  • Lead and mentor a team of maritime advisors and support staff.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant maritime regulations and standards.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Maritime Studies, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in maritime operations, port management, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian maritime laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
  • Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
  • Certification in maritime safety and security is a plus.
  • Proven track record of successful maritime projects and initiatives.
