📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Source and screen candidates for various roles across different industries.
• Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' fit for the role.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and client needs.
• Manage the recruitment process using Bullhorn and Workday to ensure efficiency and compliance.
• Provide regular updates to clients on the recruitment progress and candidate feedback.
• Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Proven experience using recruitment software like Bullhorn and Workday.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of local and international recruitment practices.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems and recruitment best practices.
