📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee all legal aspects of business operations, ensuring compliance with Indonesian regulations
• Manage corporate licensing and permits, including renewals and updates
• Provide strategic legal advice to support business decisions and growth
• Develop and implement legal policies and procedures to ensure compliance
• Monitor regulatory changes and advise on their impact on business operations
• Liaise with government agencies and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance
• Ensure all contracts and agreements are legally sound and compliant

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in corporate legal or compliance roles
• Strong understanding of Indonesian business regulations and corporate governance
• Excellent knowledge of corporate law, including contracts and agreements
• Proficient in using legal software and tools such as Westlaw, LexisNexis, or similar
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
