In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of our IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud services. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud services.
• Implement and enforce best practices for IT operations, ensuring high availability, security, and performance.
• Monitor and manage IT systems using tools like Nagios, Zabbix, or similar monitoring solutions.
• Conduct regular backups and disaster recovery tests to ensure data integrity and business continuity.
• Collaborate with the IT team to plan and execute system upgrades and migrations.
• Provide technical support and guidance to end-users, ensuring smooth operation of IT systems.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in IT operations, and recommend improvements to the organization.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies and regulations, and conduct regular audits.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in IT operations, with a strong background in system administration and network management.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, or Cisco CCNA are a plus.
• Proven experience with IT infrastructure management, including servers, networks, and cloud services.
• Strong knowledge of IT security best practices and compliance standards.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with ITIL framework and best practices for IT service management.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
