📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations of the property management team
• Develop and implement operational strategies to ensure the smooth management of properties
• Monitor performance and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
• Manage a team of property managers and provide guidance and support
• Ensure high levels of tenant satisfaction and property maintenance
• Conduct regular property inspections and address any issues promptly
• Prepare and present operational reports to senior management
• Maintain accurate records of all property transactions and communications

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in property management or a related field
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of property management software such as Yardi or OnQ
• Understanding of local real estate regulations and laws
