📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the creation and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email, and content marketing.
• Support the sales team by providing market insights and data analysis.
• Help to manage and optimize our digital advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of our digital marketing strategy and plan.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
• Attend and participate in workshops and training sessions to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
• Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Support the HR team in various administrative tasks, such as scheduling interviews and maintaining employee records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and software, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Hootsuite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Valid SIM card and reliable internet connection for remote work.
