📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to optimize procurement processes and reduce costs.
• Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with procurement policies.
• Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient supply chain operations.
• Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
• Utilize procurement software such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, or similar tools to streamline processes.
• Conduct regular supplier performance reviews and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in procurement and supply chain management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or logistics roles.
• Proven track record of successful sourcing and supplier relationship management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with procurement software such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, or similar tools is a plus.
• Certification in Supply Chain Management or Procurement (e.g., APICS, CPSM, or similar) is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
