As a Learning Program Executive, you’ll be at the forefront of creating and delivering exceptional learning experiences. You’ll work closely with educators, content developers, and stakeholders to design and implement programs that meet the unique needs of our diverse communities. Using tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and various e-learning platforms, you’ll ensure that our programs are engaging, effective, and aligned with educational best practices. This role offers a competitive salary of USD 3300 - 3800 per month, reflecting your expertise and contributions to our mission.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and develop engaging and effective learning programs tailored to the needs of our diverse communities.
• Collaborate with educators, content developers, and stakeholders to ensure program alignment with educational goals.
• Implement and manage learning programs using tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and various e-learning platforms.
• Monitor program effectiveness and make data-driven adjustments to optimize learning outcomes.
• Provide training and support to educators and program participants to ensure successful program delivery.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in educational technology and learning program design.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our learning programs and processes.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall strategic direction of the learning programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in designing and implementing learning programs.
• Proven track record of creating and delivering effective learning experiences.
• Strong understanding of educational technology and e-learning platforms.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
