Streamline Studios is seeking a Lead Character Artist to lead the creation of visually stunning characters for our upcoming games. Based in the vibrant creative hubs of Bali, you'll take the helm in crafting characters that bring our games to life. As a Lead Character Artist, you will be responsible for overseeing the character art pipeline, mentoring junior artists, and ensuring high-quality output. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the character art team, overseeing the creation of visually stunning characters for our games.
• Collaborate closely with the Art Director and Creative Team to ensure our characters meet the project's vision and quality standards.
• Mentor and guide junior artists, fostering a collaborative and creative environment.
• Develop and maintain the character art pipeline, ensuring efficiency and high-quality output.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in character art.
• Conduct regular reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and concept development to contribute to the creative direction of our projects.
• Ensure timely delivery of assets while maintaining the highest standards of quality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Proven experience as a Character Artist, preferably in the gaming industry, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Strong understanding of character design principles, anatomy, and proportions.
• Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Maya, ZBrush, Photoshop, and Substance Painter.
• Experience with game engines like Unity or Unreal Engine is a plus.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and guide a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Animation, or a related field.
