• Oversee the strategic planning and execution of large-scale mining operations.
• Ensure compliance with international and local mining regulations and environmental standards.
• Optimize production processes to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
• Lead cross-functional teams to implement safety protocols and best practices.
• Drive innovation by integrating advanced technologies into mining operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in mining operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale mining projects.
• Strong understanding of international and local mining regulations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Knowledge of mining software and tools such as AutoCAD, MineSight, and Surpac.
• Certification in safety management and environmental compliance.
