📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and optimize customs clearance processes to ensure timely and efficient processing of goods.
• Manage a team of customs brokers and provide guidance and support to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve customs compliance and reduce risks.
• Collaborate with government agencies, shipping lines, and importers/exporters to navigate customs regulations.
• Monitor and analyze customs data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including those related to trade, finance, and security.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences to build relationships and enhance our reputation.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient customs operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in customs operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian customs regulations and procedures.
• Certification in customs brokerage or a related field is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
