📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Conducting health assessments and medical evaluations for employees.
- Providing first aid and emergency medical care to employees.
- Developing and implementing health and safety programs in accordance with international standards.
- Promoting and enforcing workplace health and safety protocols.
- Providing medical advice and guidance to employees and management.
- Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of health and safety programs.
- Assisting in the development and implementation of employee wellness programs.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a corporate healthcare setting.
- Certification in Occupational Health and Safety (e.g., OHSA, IOSH, or equivalent).
- Strong knowledge of workplace health and safety regulations and standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in English is required.
- Experience with EMR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner) is a plus.
