📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform advanced diagnostic and repair work on premium vehicles using specialized tools and equipment such as OBD-II scanners, diagnostic software, and automotive repair manuals.
• Provide expert technical support to customers, explaining complex automotive issues in a clear and understandable manner.
• Conduct thorough inspections and tests to identify and resolve vehicle malfunctions and performance issues.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to develop and implement innovative solutions for automotive problems.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in automotive technology and industry standards.
• Train and mentor junior technicians to ensure high-quality service and adherence to company standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Automotive Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive diagnostics and repair, with a focus on premium vehicles.
• Certification in advanced automotive diagnostics, such as ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) certification.
• Proficient in using diagnostic tools and software, including OBD-II scanners and automotive repair manuals.
