• Oversee and manage the trucking fleet, ensuring all vehicles are in optimal condition and maintained according to safety regulations.
• Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods, using tools like Google Maps and Fleet Management Systems.
• Optimize delivery routes to minimize fuel consumption and operational costs.
• Monitor and report on fleet performance, identifying areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and operational standards, conducting regular inspections and audits.
• Manage and mentor a team of drivers, providing training and support to enhance their skills.
