📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Negotiate and secure investment deals with government agencies, private sector partners, and international investors.
• Manage project timelines and ensure successful implementation of investment projects.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Prepare and present investment proposals and reports to senior management.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of investment projects.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in investment management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in investment management or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of the investment climate in Bangka Belitung.
• Proven track record of successful investment projects.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Familiarity with investment management software such as Bloomberg, FactSet, or similar.
