📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement student affairs programs and activities that promote personal growth, academic success, and campus community.,Collaborate with faculty, staff, and student leaders to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.,Organize and coordinate events, workshops, and initiatives that address the needs and interests of students.,Serve as a liaison between students and administration, advocating for student concerns and needs.,Maintain accurate records and documentation of student affairs activities and programs.,Provide guidance and support to students, including academic advising, career development, and personal counseling.,Foster a sense of community and belonging among students through various engagement activities.,Stay informed about best practices and trends in student affairs and incorporate relevant strategies into our programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Social Sciences, or a related field.,Proven experience in student affairs, campus activities, or a similar role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students and staff.,Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities.,Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.,Familiarity with student affairs software and tools.,Understanding of cultural diversity and sensitivity to work with a diverse student population.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
