📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement strategic treasury plans that align with the company's financial objectives.,Monitor and analyze market trends and economic conditions to identify opportunities and risks.,Provide guidance and advice to senior management on treasury-related matters.,Oversee the management of the company's cash and liquidity, including cash forecasting and budgeting.,Manage relationships with banks, financial institutions, and other key stakeholders.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies.,Conduct regular reviews and audits of treasury processes and controls.,Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in treasury management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in treasury management, with a focus on strategic planning and advisory roles.,Strong knowledge of financial markets, including foreign exchange, interest rates, and commodities.,Proven track record of developing and implementing successful treasury strategies.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations and banking systems is a plus.
