📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver engaging and effective lesson plans that align with the curriculum and meet the needs of diverse learners.,Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback to help students improve their academic performance.,Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.,Stay up-to-date with educational trends and best practices, and incorporate new teaching strategies into the classroom.,Organize and participate in school events, extracurricular activities, and community service projects.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student attendance, grades, and other relevant information.,Foster a safe and respectful classroom environment where all students feel valued and supported.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of teaching experience in a relevant subject area.,Strong knowledge of the Indonesian curriculum and teaching standards.,Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and parents.,Experience with educational technology and online learning platforms is a plus.,Valid teaching certification or license is required.
