📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Develop and optimize food formulations to meet customer specifications and quality standards.
• Conduct research and development to improve product quality, safety, and shelf life.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure product development meets all regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and maintain quality control procedures and standards.
• Analyze and interpret data to improve product formulations and processes.
• Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure consistent product quality.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the food industry.
• Provide technical support and training to junior staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in R&D formulation in the food industry.
• Strong understanding of food chemistry, microbiology, and nutrition.
• Proven track record in formulation development and optimization.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and standards is a plus.
