📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage manufacturing processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and production targets.,Analyze and optimize production processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.,Develop and implement process improvements and continuous improvement initiatives.,Conduct process validation and verification to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.,Mentor and coach junior engineers and technicians to develop their skills and knowledge.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive manufacturing excellence and operational improvements.,Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards in the manufacturing environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in manufacturing process engineering.,Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and continuous improvement methodologies.,Proficient in using statistical process control (SPC) tools and techniques.,Experience with process validation and compliance with regulatory requirements.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.,Familiarity with ERP and MES systems is a plus.,Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
