📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day accounting activities and ensure accurate financial reporting.,Manage the preparation and submission of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Lead the audit process and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to improve financial processes.,Provide financial guidance and support to the management team.,Monitor and analyze financial performance to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions.,Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and Indonesian accounting standards.,Proficiency in using accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
