📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage service.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.,Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the restaurant.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement.,Train and develop staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Manage budgets and financial performance to ensure profitability.,Respond to customer complaints and feedback to maintain a positive reputation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Knowledge of inventory management, budgeting, and financial reporting.,Experience with POS systems and restaurant management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.,Proven track record of success in a similar role.
