📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and monitor daily operations to ensure smooth business processes
  • Coordinate with various departments to achieve operational goals
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels and supplies
  • Prepare and maintain operational reports and records
  • Implement and enforce company policies and procedures
  • Support the team in achieving operational excellence
  • Assist in the development and implementation of operational improvement initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations or related field
  • Strong knowledge of operational processes and procedures
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of ERP systems is a plus
