📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking daily meals.,Ensure the quality and consistency of food preparation.,Maintain and organize the kitchen inventory.,Assist in training and developing junior kitchen staff.,Participate in menu development and cost control.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Assist in special event preparations and executions.,Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.,Knowledge of Indonesian and Western cuisines.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Strong communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to follow recipes and food safety guidelines.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and recipes.,Good physical stamina and ability to stand for long periods.
