📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and support IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.,Provide technical support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.,Monitor and maintain system performance, ensuring optimal performance and uptime.,Install, configure, and update software and hardware as needed.,Manage user accounts and access permissions, ensuring security and compliance.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Provide training and support to employees on IT-related topics.,Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.,Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.,Good understanding of security best practices and compliance requirements.,Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with common IT tools and software, such as Microsoft Office, Windows, and Linux.
