📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Analyze and document current business processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Design and implement process improvements using tools like Power BI, SQL, and Python.
Develop and maintain process documentation, including flowcharts, SOP, and user manuals.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented processes, providing insights and recommendations for further optimization.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in business process management.
Train and mentor team members on new processes and tools.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in business process analysis or a similar role.
Proven experience with process mapping tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, or similar.
Strong understanding of data analysis and visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
Certification in business process management (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
