Manage office supplies and equipment to ensure optimal functionality and availability.,Coordinate office maintenance activities, including cleaning, repairs, and security.,Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing office documents, and assisting with travel arrangements.,Maintain a clean and organized office space, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.,Assist in the organization of company events and activities, both internally and externally.,Provide support to the HR department in various administrative tasks.,Assist in the preparation and distribution of company newsletters and communications.,Ensure the office is equipped with necessary supplies and materials for smooth operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Administration, Business, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an office or administrative environment.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture.,Knowledge of basic office maintenance and security procedures.
