📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Demi Chef in preparing and cooking meals according to the menu and client requirements.,Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety.,Ensure that all food is prepared and presented in an attractive and appetizing manner.,Keep the kitchen clean and organized at all times.,Assist in inventory management and ensure that all ingredients are available and properly stored.,Follow all health and safety regulations and guidelines.,Work as part of a team to ensure smooth operations in the kitchen.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Demi Chef or similar role.,Proven experience in preparing and cooking a variety of dishes.,Strong knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian and Western cuisine is a plus.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.,Good physical stamina and the ability to work long hours.
