📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities through effective sales and marketing strategies.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.,Monitor client accounts and sales performance, providing regular reports and recommendations to management.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of products and services to clients.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to improve sales and customer service processes.,Attend and participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network with peers and stay informed about market developments.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales or account management role, preferably in a technology or service-oriented industry.,Strong understanding of sales and customer service principles and practices.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant sales and customer service tools.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
