As a Training Officer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Create training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos.,Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Coordinate with department heads to ensure training programs align with business objectives.,Provide ongoing support and mentoring to employees during and after training.,Stay updated with the latest training methodologies and best practices.,Assist in the development of a comprehensive training and development strategy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using training management software.,Experience in designing and facilitating training programs.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Fluency in Indonesian and English.
