📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient business processes,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and reduce costs,Manage and mentor a team of operations professionals,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations,Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency,Manage inventory and supply chain to ensure optimal levels and timely delivery

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management,Proven track record of successfully managing operations and improving efficiency,Strong knowledge of operational best practices and standards,Excellent leadership and team management skills,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,Proficiency in using operational management software and tools,Fluency in English and Indonesian
