📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, bread, and desserts according to recipes and standards.,Maintain and clean kitchen equipment and utensils to ensure hygiene and efficiency.,Monitor food quality, freshness, and safety to meet health and safety standards.,Assist in inventory management, including ordering and storing ingredients.,Work with the team to ensure smooth food production and service.,Follow all health and safety regulations and company policies.,Participate in training and development programs to improve skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role.,Proven experience in baking and pastry making.,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Willingness to travel and work in different locations if required.,Basic understanding of Indonesian culinary practices and preferences.
