📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.,Manage and mentor a team of warehouse staff, fostering a productive and collaborative work environment.,Implement and maintain inventory control systems to ensure accurate stock levels and reduce waste.,Coordinate with suppliers and other departments to facilitate timely receipt and distribution of goods.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and implement measures to prevent accidents and injuries.,Monitor warehouse performance metrics and report on operational efficiency and productivity.,Develop and implement strategies to improve warehouse processes and enhance overall performance.,Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a warehouse or logistics environment.,Proven track record of managing teams and improving operational efficiency.,Strong understanding of inventory management systems and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.,Familiarity with warehouse management software and technology.
