As a Lead Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, managing a team of staff, and ensuring that we meet our financial targets.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including food preparation, staff scheduling, and inventory management.
  • Manage a team of staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Ensure that the restaurant meets health and safety regulations.
  • Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract customers.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure that the restaurant meets its financial targets.
  • Handle customer complaints and ensure that they are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in restaurant management.
  • Represent the restaurant at industry events and networking opportunities.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.
  • Proven track record of success in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
  • Experience with POS systems and inventory management software.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with marketing and promotional strategies.
  • Ability to represent the restaurant professionally at industry events and networking opportunities.
