📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.,Handle employee relations, including grievances and conflicts.,Organize and facilitate training and development programs.,Oversee payroll and benefits administration.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Coordinate with management to ensure a positive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in English is a plus.,Previous experience in a healthcare or hospitality industry is a plus.
