📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide excellent customer service to both retail and wholesale clients.,Ensure that all products meet quality standards and are presented in an attractive manner.,Assist in stock management and inventory control.,Promote our products and services to potential customers.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Maintain a clean and organized work area.,Assist in training and mentoring new team members.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role in the retail or wholesale industry.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with basic inventory management systems.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects.,Fluency in Indonesian is required.,Basic knowledge of English is a plus.,Willingness to travel to other locations as needed.
