📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of construction sites.
  • Ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Manage and supervise a team of site engineers and workers.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Prepare and submit progress reports and other relevant documents.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure that all construction work is carried out to the highest standards of quality.
  • Handle any issues or challenges that arise during the construction process.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of construction management principles and practices.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with relevant software and tools used in construction management.
  • Valid driver's license and the ability to drive company vehicles.
