📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.,Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and search engine marketing.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.,Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing.,Create and manage content calendars, ensuring consistent and engaging content across digital platforms.,Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams.,Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends in the digital marketing landscape.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media, email marketing, or search engine marketing.,Proven track record of success in managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns.,Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media management tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.,Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and basic HTML/CSS is a plus.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
