We are seeking a results-driven professional to identify, engage, and secure new business opportunities for our unique minibowl concept in the vibrant Bali market.

As a Business Development Executive, you will be at the heart of our expansion efforts, working closely with local partners, restaurants, and food service providers to introduce and promote our innovative minibowl concept. You will develop and implement strategic business development plans, build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, and drive sales growth through targeted marketing and promotional activities.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities in the Bali market.
• Develop and implement strategic business development plans to drive sales growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local partners, restaurants, and food service providers.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Create and execute targeted marketing and promotional campaigns to introduce and promote our minibowl concept.
• Monitor and report on business development activities, including sales performance and market penetration.
• Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of business development initiatives.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and best practices in the F&B sector.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field in the F&B industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of the F&B industry, including trends, competitors, and consumer behavior.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM software.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
